Dahlia's Downtown Boutique is not responsible for items after they have been washed. We are happy to accept returns within 15 days of the day the package is received. It is the customers responsibility to pay return shipping back to the store. Returns that arrive outside of the return policy time frame will be denied. Store credit will be applied for the returned item minus the shipping charges within 5 business days. Items must have the original tags still on, be unwashed/unworn, free of pet hair, and smells from body odor, smoke, perfume, etc. Dahlia's Downtown Boutique has the right to deny returns for any reason and charge the customer's card for return shipping. Items that are discounted 20% or more are final sale. If the return doesn't meet the requirements it may be denied. The following items are ineligible for return: Any items from the sale tab. No exchanges are available on sale items. For sanitary purposes all jewelry, hats, bodysuits, hair accessories, sunglasses. Any item that has been worn, used, washed or has any makeup odors or any other damage. Dahlia's Downtown Boutique inspects all items of clothing before we ship them out to you. If we happen to miss something and you get a damaged item, we apologize in advance. Please send a picture of the damaged item to dahliasdowntown@gmail.com or fill out a return form from the bottom of our website within 3 days of receiving your item. We will then send you a shipping label, so the item can be returned to us. When we receive the item, you will be refunded in full.
