Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING:
Once your order is placed, we package and ship the order within 3 business days. Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days from when your order is placed.
$7 flat rate shipping for all orders under $100.
Orders $100+ ship FREE.
Please Note:
Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday due to shortened weekend hours.
Addresses that are listed as P.O. Boxes will always be shipped USPS.
Dahlia's Downtown Boutique does not offer International shipping. We will only ship to the Domestic U.S. If an order is placed with an address outside of the U.S., we will cancel the order.
***Dahlia's Downtown Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

RETURNS:
Dahlia's Downtown Boutique is not responsible for items after they have been washed. We are happy to accept returns within 15 days of the day the package is received. It is the customers responsibility to pay return shipping back to the store. Returns that arrive outside of the return policy time frame will be denied.
Store credit will be applied for any returned item minus the shipping charges within 5 business days. Items must have the original tags still on, be unwashed/unworn, free of pet hair, and smells from body odor, smoke, perfume, etc. Dahlia's Downtown Boutique has the right to deny returns for any reason and charge the customer's card for return shipping.
Items that are discounted 20% or more are final sale.
If the return doesn't meet the requirements it may be denied.
The following items are ineligible for return: Any items from the sale category. No exchanges are available on sale items. For sanitary purposes all jewelry, hats, bodysuits, hair accessories, sunglasses are not eligible for return. Any item that has been worn, used, washed or has any makeup odors or any other damage. Shoes must be returned with the box in its original condition.
*Dahlia's Downtown Boutique has the right to deny returns for any reason and charge the customer's card for return shipping. *Original shipping costs are non-refundable. *Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. *Returns are for store credit only.
Dahlia's Downtown Boutique inspects all items of clothing before we ship them out to you. If we happen to miss something and you get a damaged item, we apologize in advance. Please send a picture of the damaged item to dahliasdowntown@gmail.com or fill out a return form from the bottom of our website within 3 days of receiving your item. We will then send you a shipping label, so the item can be returned to us. When we receive the item, you will be refunded in full.
