SHIPPING
Flat rate $7 shipping for all orders under $100.
Free shipping on orders $100+.
We usually ship within 1-2 business days and the shipping usually take 3-5 business days.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 15 days of the day the package is received.
Items that are discounted 20% or more are final sale. Items that are noted on the tag to be defective are not returnable. If the return doesn't meet the requirements it may be denied.
*Dahlia's Downtown Boutique has the right to deny returns for any reason and charge the customer's card for return shipping.
*Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
*Returns are for store credit only.
We are happy to accept returns no later than 15 days after the purchase date for in-store credit only.
Please have the original receipt. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags intact. Items must be free of pet hair, all odors, stains/elements and in NEW condition.

The following items are ineligible for return:
Any items from the sale tab. No exchanges are available on sale items.
For Sanitary purposes all jewelry, hats, bodysuits, hair accessories, sunglasses.
Any item that has been worn, used, washed or has any makeup odors or any other damage.
Shoes must be returned with the box in it's original condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Please email us at dahliasdowntown@gmail.com or fill out the return form and include your name and the order number in the subject line and a description in the body of the email why you are returning the item(s).
If you do not get an approval for the return and you send the item back, we will send the package back to you and you may be charged for additional shipping.
Any returns arriving to the store past 15 days of the date the package was received will be denied. Credit will be applied back to the card that was used to purchase the item minus the shipping charges within 5 business days.
Returns will be completed and processed within 3-5 business days of being received and an email notification will be sent once completed.
Dahlia's Downtown Boutique inspects all items of clothing before we ship them out to you. If we happen to miss something and you get a damaged item, we apologize in advance. Please send a picture of the damaged item to dahliasdowntown@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item. We will then send you a shipping label so the item can be returned to us. When we receive the item, you will be refunded in full.
Dahlia's Downtown Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service.
Inventory is not guaranteed until the item you are looking to exchange has been returned to us and is processed. Once it has been processed, the new order will then be placed. If the item(s) is/are sold out, you will be given store credit in place of the item(s) that are now sold out.
Frequently Asked Questions
To retain the highest quality of your items, we recommend washing all items on a delicate cycle with cold water and laying flat to dry, unless the item specifically states otherwise. Dahlia's Downtown Boutique is not responsible for items after they have been washed.
